Conversations With Friends

Happy Monday !!! Conversations with Friends Episode 17 is a conversation with my friend and plant sister Hevelynn. Hevelynn and I met online a while back and have been developing a sisterhood through healing, creating, laughter :) and plants. Our Piscean souls are walking parts of this path side by side and the outcomes of the union are pretty special.  Last week, I was inspired to get the herb shops youth program planned out and operating. So, I decided to ask my friend, Hevelynn, what she could share with me about her organization, Greener STEMs and how the STEM program is currently playing out. I want to draft a program that bridges my families unschooling lifestyle with the lifestyle of the majority of the youth in the city who are in school.  From learning about Hevelynn's work and desires to foster creativity and solutions-based learning opportunities for the children she works with, it felt wise to bring her experience into the planning phases.
