In today's episode, we present The Wasteful Overflow-Pouring Into The Wrong Vessels.  We begin to understand how this lesson pertains to leaders and non-leaders in decisions of pouring into an individual.  When we, at times, are pouring a liquid into a cup or glass…if we are not careful, we have poured too much and thus the container cannot receive what we are trying to pour into the cup as the container is full to capacity. When this happens, there is an overflow. When the container cannot hold any more than 8oz and you are not mindful/watching the amount of an item you are putting in the container…the overflow occurs, and you have a mess to clean up.
