This week, across the country, more states are legalizing marijuana and embarking on the mission of making medical and recreational pot legal. This requires all sorts of regulatory and legislative work from the community level to the individual statehouses. Since marijuana is still illegal on the federal level, there is work to be done in Congress so that the industry can “step out of the shadows” as it were. How are things going on that front?
