The Dow Industrial Average broke through the 25,000 milestone… again. While Wednesday’s trading lacked the wild swings of the prior two sessions, the Dow industrials moved in a more than 500-point range, more than three times the average daily swing over the past year. In the final half-hour of trading the Dow surrendered a 250-point gain; an ugly finish to a weird day.
