In this episode we discuss how texting patients can dramatically improve the patient recruitment and retention process in clinical trials. When discussing with sites their patient recruiting strategies, i have seen a remarkable spike in the amount of patients that respond and actually have conversations about the trial from texting them instead of calling and emailing.
