Stuff Dad Never Told You

The thing about self doubt is that it might very well be based on how you believe others might see you or your abilities but what I have to remember is that no one knows that inner me, that voice in my head or my historical experiences like I do. So it will be much much easier for me to doubt myself then it would be for another to doubt me because they haven't seen all my failures, they don't know all my weaknesses. When self-doubt is looming here are some of the things I do to get out from under its cloud.
