Sparks Police are taking over the investigation into a shooting involving Reno Police this afternoon. Reno Police say their search for a suicidal man, a search that led to a brief lockdown at Mt. Rose Elementary School earlier in the day, led them to the area of Marsh Avenue and Nixon Street, just south of California Avenue and the Truckee River.....
