SYCAMORE – A DeKalb woman has been jailed after she used a belt to beat her child and a DeKalb School District 428 administrator who brought the child home, court records show. Bianca S. Johnson, 28, of the 800 block of Russell Road, has been charged with aggravated battery and domestic battery. With a conviction, aggravated battery is typically punishable by one to three years in prison.
