She was looking for a charity that didn't require much of her time. Tandy Robinson was a working mom, but still wanted to impact her community. She joined a non-profit in Indian River County that allowed her to pool her money with other women and show up once a year to vote on where their money would be spent. It was called Impact 100. And they had nothing like it in Palm Beach County, so Robinson decided to start one. Impact 100 Palm Beach County has now grown to more than 500 women who have given away millions of dollars to local charities over the past several years.
