Take out a sheet of paper and write down your mental scripts and label where you gained this philosophy/script. Who’s philosophy did you adopt that is not yours? Create a list of new scripts that aligns with how you envision yourself. Keep that script in your imagination. Compare the results of negative scrips vs positive scripts and choose to Let the pain points become a challenge.
