Discover the Automatic Scripts of your Subconscious Mind and create a constructive version of any destructive script. Listen to your new constructive scripts with belief and faith that it reflects your philosophy. Set a Reward- Enjoy something you like when you do something “you don’t like” - Attach what you love with what you hate so you can do what you hate.
