Think Out Loud

Mercedes Munoz was named Oregon Teacher of the Year for her work as a special education lead at Franklin High School. That was in October. Now her days are consumed by trying to help students who might not have access to computers or wifi participate in some kind of distance learning. Munoz says “remote learning” is laying bare our educational inequities.
