Writing on Air Radio Show   Join Carol with her guest Teresa Syms, Author of A Century of Secrets, Personal Empowerment Coach and Entrepreneur.  After experiencing a life-time of abuse and loneliness, in 2003, Teresa believed she escaped her past.  Then in 2007, she was almost killed in a motor vehicle accident. Facing life with chronic injuries and a brain injury that is a daily challenge, she then spent the next nine years rebuilding her life, learning about chronic pain, PTSD and taking many courses such as Authorship, Leadership, and Assertiveness.  Determined to fulfill her destiny, she embarked on a journey of healing and discovery.  She started writing her family story of how deep-seated family scars have impacted the identities of her family for many generations. Her writing gave her the wings to conquer the traumas of her past and in her life-altering book, A Century of Secrets, she highlights the adversity, brutality and survival of herself and other members of her family.
