As a change maker and leader in the yoga and fitness industry, Allie is known for training and empowering individuals and organizations all over the world from Kenya to California in self-development and leadership work. Her teachings are based on her belief that radical grace guides us and we can strategically work with it to powerfully author our lives. In this conversation, Lucca and Allie discuss her faith and spiritual journey that started with curiosity and led her to learning through reading over 20 books about spirituality and religion, her first yoga experience that she thought was very weird, personal development and her self realization of the importance of finding the God that speaks to your heart. They also discuss a few of her walk on faith moments including signing the lease to open a yoga studio with only $700 in her bank to now owning 4 studios with 74 instructors; and why she believes we learn in two ways- from failure and play- and how we have the choice to always fail in playfulness.
