Issues around mental health in elite sport have been given increased support in recent years and former West Coast Fever player Nikala Smith battled with anxiety/negative self talk across her 56 game career. She chatted with us about Thinking Rewired, a program and mental health diary designed to assist netballers who may also be struggling with mental health issues.
