Fernando is the Community Engagement Associate Planner for the Bronx Borough Office at the NYC Dept of City Planning. He is also a sustainable consultant and has prior experience working on community development and environmental justice planning and policy with THE POINt CDC in the Hunts Point neighborhood of the South Bronx.
