Meet Me In The Field

I am excited to introduce you to Sam Marais, another Insight Timer friend. Sam was one of the first people I befriended on Insight Timer. It was his profile pic that caught my eye. Since then, we have regularly sent each other messages, thanking each other for meditating together. I obviously had no idea what to expect when we started the recording. How awesome to meet someone whom I have this much in common with. I truly had no idea of the similarities in our lives when I asked Sam to be our guest.
