This week at CMS are taking a break from our I'm Feeling... series, and wanted to talk to you about transitions/milestones. It's 5th grade preview week at CMS this week, and we wanted to give you some talking points to your students about transition, and give you ideas on how to help your student transition well.  We invited Andrea Dascalescu who is our elementary coordinator at Souderton campus on to talk about transitions and milestones with us.
