As the director of human resources for SecurityCoverage, a start-up IT security company, Liz managed all aspects of recruiting, training, benefits, wellness, employee development and employee relations for the company. After several years at SecurityCoverage, Liz became manager of HR with Genova Technologies, a federal contractor for CMS with offices in Cedar Rapids, IA and Baltimore, MD. At Genova, Liz was responsible for all employee development and training, HR compliance, policy development, policy implementation, onboarding and employee relations.
