Coach Pederson is a speaker and founder of Home Field Advantage. Home Field Advantage mission is to provide schools and parents with a game plan to empower today’s kids for life. As a former AP teacher and head wrestling coach, he saw the damaging impact today’s over emphasis on achievable outcomes was having on today’s kids. 8 years ago he began to develop a program in which emphasizes empowerment and love to propel today’s young to a successful, happy, and low stress life. Coach left the classroom three years ago now and speaks to parents and students across the country. In addition to speaking Coach Pederson has created an online that gives parents the insight and strategies to develop the foundation to create a culture for success.
