The Craft Hangout gang is fascinated by traditional sign painting, and we got the most incredible sign painter to hang with us, in person-- Mike Meyer! He has been painting signs since the 70s and has seen the industry move in many directions, but he has always remained true to himself and the craft of painting signs. He gained international recognition after appearing in the critically acclaimed movie, Sign Painters. Mike still has a business of painting signs but now has his own line of brushes and continues to keep the art form alive by teaching a new generation of artists the traditional craft of painting signs... and he makes new friends along the way.
