Changing The Mirror - The Devotional

Sometimes as Christians we struggle - we know that we belong to Christ, yet we know that we don't 100% live up to how He has called us to live. It will help us to remember that there are 2 aspects to our salvation. He SAVED us when we believed in what Christ did for us on the cross. And now that we belong to Him, He is TRANSFORMING us from the inside out. Every day that we learn to obey Him is a day that we resemble Him a little bit more. ---------------------------------- SCRIPTURE REFERENCES ---------------------------------- THE COMPLETED WORK 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone the new is here! Ephesians 2:6-8 God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God.  Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it.  For we are God’s masterpiece.
