As the founder of Miss Spa and president of Revolution Beauty USA, Kate has fostered incredible innovation in the beauty industry, from being the first to bring sheet masks into the U.S. market in 2012 to focusing on clean beauty long before it was popular to do so. Most recently, Miss Spa expanded to offer an entire line of serums and other skincare products at the start of 2020, and they’re continuing to develop new innovations for the future.  In addition to her success in the beauty industry, Kate is also passionate about helping other women grow their businesses without giving away all their equity.
