As was expected, a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the nativity as part of the annual Christmas Spectacular at Concord High School, alma mater of fill-in co-host Carl Stutsman. As much as it appears to be loved by the community, legal precedent does not appear to be on Concord High School's side.
