Battling Anxiety

The debut of a new podcast, that I've decided with be called Eureka. Eureka will be all about open conversations on mental health. Some conversations will be with others about their stories. Others will be expert focused with ideas for solutions. The overall goal? To have open and constructive conversations about mental health.
