Well, how did Ebb and Flow work out in 2019? What happened to my zen balance when thwarted with breast cancer again, returning to work full-time, and loosening self care. Did I have a nervous breakdown? Did I chuck it all and go on a retreat? How do I feel at the end of this Ebb & Flow season? .. spoiler.. I'm doing great, but it wasn't easy and I didn't do it alone!
