“You’ve gained weight, are you pregnant?” I will never forget the moment when a co-worker said this to me so casually as she passed me in the parking lot.   I wasn’t pregnant. I had been gaining weight because I was healing my relationship with food. And at that time in my life, I was *deeply* uncomfortable with it.
