This month, Simply Meditation explores the first teaching after Buddha's Enlightenment - The Four Noble Truths. The fourth of these is "There is a path to the end to suffering." This path, also known as The Middle Way, includes eight elements, Right Understanding, Right Intention, Right Speech, Right Action, Right Livelihood, Right Effort, Right Mindfulness and Right Concentration. This meditation offers reflections and aspirations for walking this noble path.
