This guided meditation invites the practitioner to bring to mind a difficult situation in their life and explore the emotions that inhabit the body. As we explore this emotion, it may shift and evolve. When we sit with it, we allow it to unfold. In a sense, we sit with the difficult emotion and share tea together because it will be with us whether we like it or not.
