Today's guided practice starts with the breath and the body before an invitation to recall a difficult event or experience. Reflecting on your wisdom and compassion in the midst of suffering, we can cultivate this quality of resilience. A recommendation: Try to choose a "mid-level" challenge as opposed to a major traumatic event while practicing this meditation. This is practice! No need to jump to the hardest stuff first. :)
