North Ridge Life Church

In part six of the series from the letters to the seven churches found in the beginning of the book of Revelation (last book in the New Covenant), Pastor Marc Sharp teaches from the letter to the church in Philadelphia. The author of each letter is Jesus. Christ told the church at Philadelphia that he was not only the holy one, but also the true one (singular). He assures them that he is not only holy and true, but he is in charge and has been given both the throne and authority of King David, as promised! Philadelphia was commended because when everything was against them, they kept God’s word and did not deny his name. They were unmovable in their Christian duties even as the hounds of hell bore down on them.
