Today's guest is Shelley Crockett from Burlington Ontario Canada. Shelley says that she has been overweight most of her life and went on her first diet at the age of 12. At her biggest she was 317lbs, pre-diabetic, and realized that she needed to do something to turn things around. She has since lost 75lbs and we have a great conversation.
