Kenton's Workouts:   "Willi" 1 mile run with #40 Pack then... WITHOUT A PACK 10 Rounds of... 10 Burpees 1 Shot from standing position (See above) Retrieve arrow. For every 10 ring (8" circle) you hit you take off 30 seconds from your total time. For every arrow outside the 10 ring (8" circle) you add 30 seconds to your total time. Anything under 10 minutes after adjusted time is BEASTLY!!!
