Interview from February 11, 2009 with Bryant Terry, eco-chef, food justice activist, and author of Vegan Soul Kitchen: Fresh, Healthy, and Creative African-American Cuisine.Bryant is currently a Fellow in the Food and Society Policy Fellows Program, a national project of the W.K.
