Jamie Tworkowski is the founder of a non-profit called To Write Love On Her Arms which helps people who struggle with addiction & depression. He started in 2006 without any experience in the this area. Jamie speaks very honestly about his own depression and how the conversation has shifted over the past 12 years. For someone who has had a very successful run, Jamie shares how he too has challenges with knowing exactly what he wants to be focused on at times.
