Many things effect the way we view our world and our lives. This shapes our perspective. How we were raised, the decisions we made in the past, negative turning points in our lives, positive turning points in our lives, all of these things play a part in our day-to-day decisions. Our perspective is very important, and God is constantly calling us to change our perspective of the world and see things the way God wants us to see the world. In Philippians 3:12-15 Paul talks about pressing on towards a goal. God has a plan for us and this world. How cool is it that we get to be apart of it! The problem is many of us do not have God's perspective in mind, as individuals and even as whole church communities sometimes. When God shifts our perspective this can be a shift in our hearts, it can be a shift in our actions, or it could literally be a shift in our location. God always has a plan for us, plans that are ultimately for His Will and glory. Where is God calling you to shift?
