I used to compartmentalize myself into two separate beings reflecting back over my careers through the years. There was business Charlotte – high standards, high integrity, confident & strong.   And then there was personal Charlotte – people pleasing, seeing approval and sometimes unconsciously searching for something to fill a void that I didn’t even know existed. I allowed certain behaviors from others and I was attracting in certain things based on how I felt.    But what I failed to realize, and what I have learned and really shifted in the last few years especially, is that there is no separation.    Who you are is who you are.
