NAHB CEO Jerry Howard and Chief Lobbyist Jim Tobin discuss upcoming energy code legislation with special guest George Lowe, VP at the American Gas Association. This legislation includes a bill from Senators Jeanne Shaheen (D-N.H.) and Rob Portman (R-Ohio) that would greatly exacerbate the housing affordability crisis if passed.
