I am super excited to talk to Kota Hale this week. Kota is one of the original IYCSM group members! After an incredibly challenging year Kota is ready to talk about how he has come through it all. Kota is ready to tell his story, talk about surviving the past year, and mental health issues specific to LGBTQ+ individuals.#IfYouCouldSeeMe began with a bout of synesthesia in the shower when as I washed my hair I envisioned the hashtag.
