On this episode, Erin is joined by Lucretia Anderson. Lucretia shares her beautiful piece from the October 2019 live show in which the audio failed to record during the first half of the show. They talk about the Black Lives Matter movement, mindfulness practice, the benefits of feeling and processing the spectrum of emotions, even anger.
