Today’s Startup Dad Episode "From Leap To Success In 6 Months!” with David Thompson husband and father of 4 (2 foster).  A little bit about David and his WHY: "I was brought up to walk up the corporate ladder to achieve SUCCESS. So, of course, I did. I spent 10 years working very closely with one successful entrepreneur within his company, and I did climb the corporate ladder, and did achieve much SUCCESS. But I realized that I didn't want to commute 2 hours a day to make an above average wage. I believed that I could do that myself, by living out my God-given purpose and passion, which is Financial Advising.  So, after putting it off for two years, I took pen to paper 2 years ago, wrote out what SUCCESS was to me, took a class to help me understand my purpose, and how to attain it, and then made a plan to make it happen.  And last October, I left a VERY stable career in Human Resources to help people attain financial happiness.
