John 1:35-51 | Second Sunday of Epiphany | January 17, 2021 | For the Sake of the World Series | Dennis Sanders, preaching Come and See.  The sentence sounds like someone inviting you over for warm chocolate chip cookies.  Jesus and Philip tell others to “come and see” what Jesus is up to. Inviting people to meet Jesus is not about shoving the Bible in people’s faces.  It’s about sharing what God means to us with our family and friends.  In John 1 we see how Christ invites us to follow him and it gives us insight into how we can invite people to follow Jesus today.
