Here’s what I want you to experience THIS Halloween. This Halloween you are happy, engaged and present with your food choices, yes- candy included. You enjoy the candy, but more than anything you enjoy your time with family and loved ones.    This is possible for YOU my friend because this is what intuitive eating allows for in our lives. But I know you probably are scared to allow yourself to enjoy yourself. To really give yourself that permission to eat, especially foods like candy.   I know, because I’ve been where you have before. I’ve been in a chaotic relationship with food. I’ve experienced COUNTLESS times the restrict binge seesaw.   You know what I’m talking about, the seesaw of trying to control the thing you view as bad, or dirty, or too much sugar or too many calories.
