Have you ever experienced a burnout? In this episode, I talk about how to utilize self-awareness to navigate through the stages of a burnout and share some tips on preventing burnouts. --  Burnout is a general description of the health of the person and could have been caused by an emotional, mental or physical overload. It is usually accompanied by a lack of drive and productivity as well as physical symptoms, which include but are not limited to headaches, poor blood circulation and constant pressure in the chest. --  Now that you know what it is, what are the stages of a burnout?  1. Extreme enthusiasm to achieve a big goal or project.  2. Problems arise that slow us down.  3. We then experience internal and emotional turmoil such as depression, exhaustion and reduce dedication.  4.
