Subject[of]reality

Lee Mowatt was the first person to ever contact me about my show.  He reached out to me on Twitter when he heard my show.  I was a guest on his podcast "The Inner Game of Aging," which is a show dedicated to improving and embracing the process of aging.  Even though he is only 66, I wanted to have him on my show.  He agreed, and an enjoyable conversation ensued.  Links to his show and a video of his signature handstand will be posted on the IYE Facebook and Twitter pages.
