Christian Zyp interviews documentary director/writer Anthony Goertz about the film THE LINE. The critical work of reducing Edmontonians’ ecological footprint is done by some of the most marginalized members of our community. At the world-renowned Edmonton Waste Management Centre, a company called Quality One hires people with barriers to employment: criminal records, addictions, newcomer status, and disabilities of various kinds. The result: real community in an unlikely place.
