Alicia Edge is an Advanced Sports Dietitian and Co-Founder of Compeat Nutrition- an online sports nutrition platform aiming to deliver the best in nutrition advice to support the performance of people in sport and in life. Alicia graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from The University of Newcastle in 2008, and since then has worked in a variety of different roles across community health, private practice and sports settings.
