Synopsis

In planning this episode, I set out to talk about the differences between mindfulness and meditation, but as I was planning it out in my notes, it seemed that the best route was to talk about something that everyone can use. Our moods can be regulated with our breath so, I decided to give you two breathing techniques to use to help you stabilize your mood whenever you deem necessary.
