Sarah speaks with Michelle Hazen about her book, A Cruel Kind of Beautiful, the first in Hazen's Sex, Love, and Rock and Roll Series. This is the story of Jera and Jacob. Jera is a college student, a drummer, and someone who has trouble with physical intimacy. Jacob is a former college baseball player who now works several part-time jobs while going to school and caring for his younger brother. He also seems to have secrets.
