After his retirement from the Army, Dave was drawn to entrepreneurship and the opportunity to have more control in his life. Joe and Dave discuss the benefit of starting small to get more comfortable with owning your own business and learn about more opportunities. Dave shares how he started with an ice machine business and is now the co-owner of BV Contracting Solutions; a business providing maintenance for commercial and residential property management companies.
